Who we are

porapop.lk is operated by Amarosige (Pvt) Ltd (Company Reg. No. PV00353742), Sri Lanka. The site is home to our brands PoraPop, PrintedSoul and Artisan Layers. In these terms, "we", "us" and "PoraPop" mean Amarosige (Pvt) Ltd.

How ordering works

PoraPop is a browse-and-request storefront, not a card-checkout shop. You choose pieces, add them to a request with your options, and send it to us. A request is an enquiry, not a confirmed order. We then reply, usually within one business day, to confirm availability, the final price, delivery and timing.

An order becomes binding only once we confirm the details with you and you approve them. We may decline or cancel a request before that point, for example if an item is unavailable or details can't be met.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Where a piece shows a "from" price, that is a starting point; the final price depends on your options, quantity, any personalisation and delivery, and is confirmed in writing before anything is made or paid for. Prices on the site may change until your order is confirmed.

Payment

There is no online payment on the site. Payment is arranged directly with you after we confirm your order, using the method we agree. We only ask for payment once you have approved the final details.

Made-to-order & personalised items

Many of our pieces are made to order and personalised with names, words, photos or other details you provide. Please check these carefully — you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including spelling. Where practical we share a preview for your approval before production.

Because personalised and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, they generally cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once you have approved them and production has begun, except where an item is faulty or not as confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary with the piece, customisation and courier. We'll confirm expected timing with your order and share updates if anything changes.

If something's not right

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as confirmed, contact us within a reasonable time and we'll make it right — a repair, remake or another fair resolution. Ready-stock items that are not personalised may be returned or exchanged if unused and in original condition; please reach out first so we can guide you.

Photos & details you provide

When you send photos, names or other details for a custom piece, you confirm you have the right to use them and give us permission to use them solely to design and produce your order. We don't use your personal photos for marketing without asking you first. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Our content

The site's designs, images, text, logos and branding are owned by Amarosige (Pvt) Ltd or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. You may use the site for browsing and placing requests, and not in any way that harms the site, others, or breaks the law.

Availability & liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
