Who we are

PoraPop is a brand of Amarosige Private Limited (Company Reg. No. PV00353742), a company registered in Sri Lanka. Amarosige Private Limited is responsible for the personal information collected through this website, which also hosts our sister brands PrintedSoul and Artisan Layers.

What we collect

When you send an order request or a message through the site, we collect the details you give us. That means your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city or district, and any notes or personalisation details, along with the pieces you selected. This is so we can reply, confirm your order and arrange delivery.

If you join the PoraPop early access list, we collect only the email address you provide so we can send updates about new drops.

To understand where our visitors come from, we also record basic campaign information (such as UTM tags and the page you landed on) with your request.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, fulfil your order, and send PoraPop-related updates you've asked for. Your request is recorded in a private Google Sheet and emailed to our team so we can follow up.

No spam. No selling your data. Just good vibes, a real reply, and the occasional drop update.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Like most websites, PoraPop uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it's used, and measure our marketing.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the experience. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

Advertising. We may use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Google Ads to show and measure ads, including to people who have visited our site before (remarketing). These tools set cookies and share limited activity data, such as pages or products viewed and requests submitted, with Meta and Google. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta ad settings.

Data retention

We keep order and inquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and keep reasonable business records, then remove them. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your details deleted, email hello@porapop.lk.

Third-party services

Some information may be processed through trusted third-party services, including Google (Forms, Apps Script, Analytics and Ads), Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising) and Netlify (hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
