Not quite. You browse, pick your pieces and send a request. We reply within a business day to confirm the final price, delivery and timing. You only pay once you've approved everything. There is no card checkout on the site in this version.

Most pieces show a “from” price to give you a sense of it. The final price depends on colours, quantity, any customisation and delivery, which we confirm when we reply to your request. A few made-to-order items are priced on inquiry.

Ready-stock pieces usually ship in 2-3 days. Made-to-order pieces take about 5-7 days since we make them fresh. If you're on a deadline, tell us in your request and we'll be honest about whether we can hit it.

On many pieces, yes. Look for the Customizable badge. You can add the name or word right on the product page, and we'll confirm how it'll look before we make it.

Yes, island-wide. Tell us your city or district in the request and we'll include delivery in the price we confirm.
